Serving the neighborhoods and surrounding vicinities of Camp Washington, College Hill,  Millvale, Silver Oak, and Winton Hills, the CUB Early Childhood Education and Head Start programs are based on the premise that all children share common needs, and that children of low-income families in particular can benefit from a comprehensive developmental program to meet those needs. Working together with local communities and our children’s families, Cincinnati Union Bethel seeks to maximize the strengths and the unique experience of each child. 

Welcoming children ages 0-5, the manner in which CUB teaches and prepares children provides them with options and opportunities that enhance their lives and the lives of others. Our goals are to focus on an academic curriculum to ensure school readiness and to bring about a greater degree of social and academic competence for each child. We strive to raise the bar of quality to assure long-term results for the children and families we serve, with an emphasis on accountability and collaboration.
